Happy Tails

Happy-Tails-Arwen

Arwen

Seven years old and seven pounds of sweet and spunk, Arwen came to A Brighter Day from a cruelty case of over 50 cats and dogs. Arwen found her perfect match with a new mom, dad and two chihuahua siblings who were eager for a new sister. Her pastimes include playing with small plush squeaky toys and burrowing under the blankets while relaxing next to her furever family on the couch.

Happy-Tails-Jess

New Girl, Jess

This family knew right away that Jess would be the perfect fit for their family, even coming to visit her in the catio space. Jess gains two kitty siblings, Jeffrey and Hazel, as well as two human kiddos for her to chase around. Jess has already enjoyed numerous naps in the comfort of her new mama’s lap while purring the whole time. From being abandoned behind a dumpster to now, snuggled up with her new family, cozy inside; we couldn’t ask for a better fit.

Orion

Orion came to us when his old owner was no longer able to provide the care he needed. He ate everything we fed him (and more!), and now he’s a ham of a man! He has a happy family, and a sister who’s teaching him how to Dog. He’s learned about the wonders of the beach and the joy of sleeping face-to-butt with his whole family.

Panini

Panini (now Penny) was adopted by her dad, Randy. She lives in a
beautiful log cabin surrounded by a lot of beautiful land. Randy
understood all of her needs, with a quiet, slow approach to making
Penny comfortable until she learned to love and trust him. Randy is a
big dog lover, his vet office raved about how well he had taken care
of his previous dogs. Now she knows “sit”, “shake paws” and has even gained enough confidence to find her voice! She loves going for walks on the property and is very curious.

Sienna

Sienna was adopted by Jennifer and family. She now has a boxer sibling
named Peanut and a big house of her very own. Sienna enjoys being the family’s “office buddy”, snuggling up near the computer monitor.

Kat

Kat was adopted around the holidays by her mom Aubrey! Kat now has a morning routine full of zoomies and playtime while her mom has meetings on her laptop, followed by snuggle time, and watching movies on the bed at night. Her personality is blossoming more each day and she now has a furever
home full of love. She shares a home with Aubrey’s roommate and their
dog, Malcolm.

Old Man Grey

Our FIV+ rescue, “Old Man Grey”, now “Otto Maddox Gorgonzola”, was adopted and we could not be happier for him!

His new family is compassionate towards FIV felines and he couldn’t be luckier for it. He now joins his three other feline siblings, one of his new brothers being ABD alumni, “Bubbles”, now “Tate”.
